Q. 복부 ct 결과 해석&의견 부탁드립니다.1. voluminous contour in tail of pancreas; etiology(?) 2. fatty liver and mild hepatomegaly 3. prominent spleen 4. small amount fluid collection in pelvic cavity 5. nonspecific finding in GB, appendix, both kidneys and both ureters 6. R/O) nonspecific colitis in cecum and ascending colon. 7. focal atelectasis with fibrotic change in LLL of lung8. 너무 마른 환자임. 체지방, 복강내 지방이 거의 보이지 않음.결과지와 ct영상을 담당 내과 의사선생님께 전해드렸더니 크게 이상은 없다 하시긴 했는데요...다른 분들의 의견은 어떤지 궁금합니다.요새 식욕이 없고 복부팽만이 심해서 이로 인해 물&식사량이 줄었고, 체중감소가 있긴한데... 큰 문제가 있을까요?위내시경은 정상, 혈액검사와 소변검사 결과 공복혈당 102, 빌리루빈 수치 1.79외에는 전부 정상이였습니다.원래 많이 마른 편입니다.
