- 정형외과의료상담Q. Rt.Knee MRI 결과 해석 문의주치의 권유로 영상의학과에서 Rt.Knee MRI를 촬영하였습니다.다음과 같은 판독 결과를 얻어 설명을 부탁드리고자 합니다. 감사합니다.__________________________________________________ Rt. Knee MRI :Sagittal T1, coronal PDWI, sagittal & coronal T2WI with fat suppression, axial PDWI with fat suppression & oblique coronal T2WI 시행함.Medial meniscus posterior horn의 mucoid degeneration & maceration에 의한 decreased size, deformity & increased SI가 있으며, 인접한 femoral condyle & tibial plateau의 osteoarthritis에 의한 cartilage thinning, marginal osteophytes와 subcortical T2 high SI가 있음.Patellar facet & intercondylar groove에도 chondromalacia에 의한 mild cartilage thinning 소견이 있으며, suprapatellar bursa에 small amount of joint effusion과 medial popliteal fossa에 irregular cystic fluid collection이 있음.ACL의 mucoid degeneration에 의한 heterogeneous increased SI가 있음.PCL, medial & fibular collateral ligaments는 정상임.Lateral meniscus는 정상임.Patellar tendon은 정상임.그 외에 특이 소견 없음.Conclusion:1. Mucoid degeneration & maceration, MM, with osteoarthritis.2. Chondromalacia, patellofemoral joint, grade 1.3. Small amount of joint effusion, with popliteal cyst. DDx) anserine bursitis.4. Mucoid degeneration, ACL.
