1. Mild dilatation of biliary tree with suspected diffuse wall enhancement of CH D, cystic duct and GB. and several GB stones.

→ R/O acute cholangitis and cholecystitis.

2. No focal enhancing mass in liver.

A 0.8 cm cyst in left hepatic lobe.

1. Several cysts in both kidneys (max.: 4.8 cm).

2. Umbilical hernia of small bowel loop.

3. S/P subtotal gastrectomy with gastrojejunstomy.

4. Otherwise, unremarkable :

1. No remarkable findings of pancreas and spleen.

2. No significant ascites.

3. No definite retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.

4. No detectable enterocolitis or acute appendicitis.

안녕하세요. 아하(Aha) 의료분야 답변자 외과 전문의 배병제입니다.

담도의 경미한 확장이 관찰되며 담낭과 담도의 벽에서 조영증강이 보인다. 담낭에 담석도 관찰된다. -> 이러한 소견으로 담낭염, 담도염이 의심스럽다.

간에서 조영증강되는 국소적 병변은 보이지 않는다. 대신 좌엽에 0.8cm 정도 크기의 낭종이 보인다.

1. 양쪽 신장에 다수의 낭종이 보인다.

2. 배꼽탈장이 보인다.

3. 위장 아전절제술(공장위장문합)을 받은 상태이다.

4. 이외 특이소견은 보이지 않는다.

1. 췌장과 비장에 특이소견은 없다.

2. 두드러지는 복수는 없다.

3. 후복막에서 관찰되는 저명한 림프절비대는 없다.

4. 장염, 급성충수돌기염은 보이지 않는다.
