디지털 직장 검사는 이상이 없었습니다.

대장 내시경이 50cm 정도 삽입되었으며, S상 결장에서 어두운 색의 내용물이 발견되었습니다.

상부 대장 또는 소장 출혈이 의심되며, 재출혈이 있을 경우 다시 대장 내시경을 고려할 필요가 있습니다.

식도에서 Z-line의 파괴가 확인되었고, 경미한 위장 점막이 관찰되었습니다.

위의 점막이 얇고, 혈관 패턴이 보임: 위의 점막이 전반적으로 얇고, 혈관의 패턴이 관찰되었습니다.

위의 작은 굴곡부(lesser curvature)와 위체(distal body), 유문부(antrum)에서 이 변화가 발견되었습니다

십이지장에는 특이 사항이 없었습니다.

위식도 역류질환(Hiatal hernia)이 작게 발견되었고, 만성 위축성 위염과 장상피화생(intestinal metaplasia)도 나타났습니다. 이는 위염의 만성적인 변화로, 위암 발생 위험과 관련이 있을 수 있습니다.
