우연히 발견했는데 ct상 iliac에 구멍이 보여집니다 ..

<L-SPINE CT>

Mild disc lesions;

T12-L1: herniation (left central), with slight rupture of ring apophysis of T12 lower endplate

L4-5: mild bulging

Several small Schmorl's nodes, thoracic vertebral endplates.

Pneumocyst, iliac side of left sacroiliac joint.

No evidence of spinal stenosis or neural foraminal stenosis.

No evidence of facet lesion.

No evidence of paravertebral soft tissue lesion.

Normal spinal curvature.

흉추 12번과 요추 1번 사이에 디스크 탈출증이 있네요.

그외 좌측 엉치엉덩관절 근처에 공기를 포함한 낭성병변으로 보이는게 있다고 하네요.

그 외 특기할 말한 소견은 없으십니다.
