Ct 판독 결과 해석 부탁드려요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 간유리음영

Compared with previous ct Interval decreased extent of focal GGO lesion in anteromedial basal segment of LLL -> focal inflammation , more likely Irregular subpleural fibrotic bands in both apics Tiny benign looking peribronchial nodules in RML and LUL - no significant interval change Several lymph nodes in the mediastinum -> possibly reactive change

순수 간유리 15mm ct 촬영 후 추적해보자 하여 3개월 후에 찍은 ct 판독 결과인데요 ! 결과 해석 부탁드려요 그리고 보통 간유리음영이 줄면 악성이 아닌가요 ? ct상 특별히 안좋거나 주의해야할 부분이 있는지도 궁금합니더

    간유리음영의 크기가 줄어 염증의 가능성이 생각되며 종격동의 임파선은 반응성 변화로 보입니다.

    우중엽의 양성으로 보이는 결절은 큰 변화는 없습니다.
