픽사베이 저작권 이용 약관 관련해 질문드립니다.

보통 디자이너 분들이나 창작 활동 많이 하시는 분들이 픽사베이 이 사이트를 많이 참고하신다고 하셔서 뭐하는 사이트인지 궁금해가지고 일단 사이트를 좀 둘러보다가 이용 수칙을 발견했는데요.

✓ All content (e.g. images, videos, music) on Pixabay can be used for free for commercial and noncommercial use across print and digital, except in the cases mentioned in "What is not allowed".

✓ Attribution is not required. Giving credit to the artist or Pixabay is not necessary but is always appreciated by our community.

✓ You can make modifications to content from Pixabay.

This section only applies to media users and not to the appropriate artists.

✕ Don't redistribute or sell Pixabay content on other stock or wallpaper platforms.

✕ Don't sell unaltered copies of content, e.g. don't sell an exact copy of a stock photo as a poster, print or on a physical product.

✕ Don't portray identifiable people in a bad light or in a way that is offensive.

✕ Don't use content with identifiable persons or brands to create a misleading association with a product or service.

이건 픽사베이 라이센스 설명에 나와있는 내용이고,

이거는 서비스 약관 설명에 나와있는 내용인데요.

a번 내용과 d번 내용이 좀 이해가 안 갑니다. 픽사베이의 사진들은 마음껏 변경해서 상업적, 비상업적으로 사용해도 된다고 했는데 디지털 콘텐츠로 판매하지 말라는 게 무슨 소리인지 모르겠고 그럼 완전히 다른 형태로 창작한 창작물도 디지털 콘텐츠로 퍈매하거나 배경화면 모아놓는 사이트들 같은 데 올리면 안 된다는건지...아니면 픽사베이 콘텐츠임을 인식할 수 있을 정도의 수준이거나 픽사베이 사진 원본 그대로를 NFT화하는 게 안 된다는 건지...

d번에 대해서도 이해가 안 갑니다. 뭐 예를 들면 웃고 있는 여성의 사진이 있다고 했을 때 거기다 특정 브랜드 로고를 딱 붙이면 그 여자가 마치 브랜드에 긍정적인 생각을 갖고 있는 것처럼 보이니 그렇게 하지 말라는건지 아니면 뭔지 잘 모르겠습니다.

a번 내용과 d번 내용이 좀 이해가 안 갑니다

a 번을 직역 하면 다른 스톡이미지 웹사이트나 NFT 판매 웹사이트에 배경화면이나 디지털 콘텐츠로 만들어서 판매, 배포 하지 말라는 의미입니다. 뒤집어 생각하시면 이러한 종류의 웹사이트에 판매행위를 제외하면 다른 플랫폼에서 판매가 가능하다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 비슷한 컨셉의 경쟁사에 올리는 것을 방지하는 문구처럼 보입니다. 또한 유저가 아닌 '아티스트'로서는 상업적 이용을 허용한다고 위에 언급 했는데 그에 대한 정의가 필요해 보입니다.

d 번은 어떤 사람, 그룹이 어떤 제품, 서비스를 프로모션, 홍보하는 것 같은 인상을 주면 안된다는 메시지입니다. 웃고 있는 여성의 사진을 예로 들어주셨는데 이 여성이 웃으며 유명콜라음료를 가리키는 것처럼 보인다면 이 사람이 콜라를 홍보한다는 인상을 줄 가능성이 높을 겁니다.
