더불어 부신이 부은건 문제 없어보인다는데 추가검사는 필요없을까요?

DDx. nodular hyperplasia, smal adenoma

3. Unremarkable findings of GB-billary systems, both kidneys., pancreas and splen.

4. Smlall porta hepatis, retroperitoneal and mesenteric Wymph nodes

REC> clinical correlation and further evaluation including USG if needed

2. 왼쪽 부신에 균등한 두꺼워짐이 보이며 과증식이나 adenoma를 감별할 필요가 있습니다.

3. 담도에는 특이소견이 없음
