환불 관련 정확한 영작 부탁드립니다

curtiarbo-0 판매자와 거래한 상품을 환불 받을려고 합니다

이전에 이베이의 오류로 인해서 제가 반품을 신청하지 않았고 상품이 도착하지도 않은 상황에서 curtiarbo-0판매자와의 반품 케이스가 진행되어서 제가 판매자한테 오류라고 설명하고 반품 케이스를 종결시켰습니다.

반품 케이스를 종결시킨후 일주일 정도 지난 다음에 판매자가 갑자기 회원탈퇴를 했습니다 판매자가 보낸 usps의 트래킹 번호를 조회해보니 배송 라벨만 10월 9일에 생성되어있고 판매자가 usps에 물건을 보내지 않아서 배송조차 시작하지 않은 상품이라고 합니다 판매자는 회원탈퇴이후 연락조차 되지 않습니다 이 사실을 뒤늦게 깨달아서 환불을 시도해보니 이전에 이베이의 오류로 인해서 환불이 한번 시작된 전적이 있다보니 환불조차 되지 않습니다 판매자는 물건을 보내지도 않고 그대로 회원탈퇴를 했습니다 환불 부탁드립니다

      I would like to get a refund for the product I purchased from the seller. Previously, due to an error from eBay, a return case was initiated with the seller curtiarbo-0 when I did not request a return and the product had not yet arrived, so I explained to the seller that it was an error and closed the return case.

      About a week after closing the return case, the seller suddenly canceled his membership. When I lchecked the UPS tracking number sent by the seller, I found that only the shipping label was created on October 9th and that the seller had not sent the item to USPS, so delivery had not even started. They say it's an unused product. The seller can't even contact me after I cancel my membership. I realized this fact too late and tried to get a refund, but since a refund had previously been initiated once due to an error from eBay, I couldn't even get a refund. The seller didn't even send the product and canceled his membership. I would like a refund.
