2023/4/26 PET (s/p Wedge resection of Rt. lower lobe)

1. No strong focal FDG uptake in RLL wedge resection site.

2. Still noted focal fibrotic lesions in LLL without significant change.

3. No other hypermetabolic foci to suggest distant metastasis.

Advise clinical and radiographic correlation.

아래에 있는 것이 최근에 검사한 결과입니다. PET검사로 전이나 재발을 본 것인데 수술한 부위의 재발이나 다른 장기의 전이가 없다고 합니다. 왼쪽 폐의 섬유성 변화, 즉 흉터는 변화 없구요. CT판독 위의 부분은 예전에 수술 받았던 기록과 조직검사 결과라서 의미는 없을 것 같구요.
