1. Chonnam country has the following economic information in 2022: (a) Nominal GDP is 200; (b) Quantity of money is 100; (c) Government purchase is 20; (d) Consumption is 100. Using this information, answer the following questions.
(1) Assume that this country produces only two goods, Coke and Pringles, and the quantity of each item produced is 70 and 15. When the price of Coke is 2, compute the price of Pringles
(2) Calculate the velocity of money in this economy
(3) Suppose that this economy keeps balanced budget (neither budget surplus nor budget deficit). Compute private saving, public saving and national saving
(4) Compute investment, and briefly explain whether the final result is consistent with the loanable funds market in a closed economy
