Distended stomach with much fluid.
Acute gastroduodenitis in the antrum and bulb with marked surrounding fat infiltrations. Deep penetrating ulcer in the post. wall of prepyloric antrum of stomach,
making 1.7 cm intramural fluid retention : R/O Impending perforation
Multiple hyperplastic LNs in the lesser omentum
No free air or fluid collection
Cholecystectomy State,
A tiny periampullary duodenal diverticulum,
Cortical scarring and multiple cysts in both kidneys, 1.8cm or less
Degenerative spondylosis.

Esophagus : One (or more) mucosal break no longer than 5mm, that does not extend between the tops of two mucosal folds was seen on the distal esophagus Stomach : Diffuse atrophic mucosal charges were seen on the antrum
Duodenum : large ulcerative lesion with clots was seen on the bulb/AW-LC
- No immediate complication
- No pain after the procedure
